Sarah Curl - Mommy and Me Yoga

Sarah started practicing yoga in 2004.  A long athletic career had left Sarah with many injuries that prevented her from doing most other exercises.  After practicing yoga for a year, she felt so much better she decided to become an instructor so that she could share the gift of yoga with others.  Sarah was certified by Bikram Choudury in 2006 and Jyothi Larson in 2010.  She is very excited to offer Mommy & Me classes (especially because she is a new mom herself)!
